Nesquik cake
The cake that has chocolate is very dear to me as well as to my family. This is a stronger combination of chocolate and walnuts, but very good, so the chocolate feels really irresistible…
Preparation steps
- Beat 6 egg whites well with 6 tablespoons of serera, then add 5 tablespoons of walnuts and two tablespoons of flour. Pour into a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at a temperature of 180 ° C. Bake two more crusts in the same way.
- Melt 300 g of chocolate and half of the margarine in a steamer, and when the crusts have cooled, coat with the obtained cream.
- File:
- Whisk 18 egg yolks with 10 tablespoons of flour and a little cold milk separated from 1l.
- Pour 10 teaspoons of sugar into the rest of the milk and cook. Add egg yolks with flour to the boiling milk and mix well so that it does not burn. Leave the cream to cool completely.
- In the cooled cream add margarine whipped with 250g of powdered sugar and 200g of nesquik powder.
- Separately whisk the whipped cream with 300ml of acidic water to make it firm.
- Fill the crust in the following order: crust-chocolate-brown filling-slag, crust again and so on until all the material is used up. Decorate as desired.
