Nectarine jam with lavender

I had an excess of nectarines so I should try that version as well, because I have already worked with peaches and lavender ... and raspberries ... :) ... this is very nice :)

Preparation steps

  • wash the nectarines and clean them of stones ... sugar them with no matter how much sugar, I only added a little sugar because they were very sweet ...
  • put them in a cooking pot and mix, and when it starts to boil, add 3 pinches of dried lavender flowers and the juice of one lemon ... and so wait a few minutes for the smell of flowers to permeate and that's it ...
  • in this recipe I used pectin according to the instructions, otherwise I don't like to use it, but I didn't have time to mix it, so it turned out ... ... store the hot jam in sterilized jars, cover and turn upside down to cool ...
