Preparation steps

  • Knead the dough from the butter, the zolcki, the sour cream, the flour and a pinch of salt. The dough is mixed nicely until it is oily.
  • Each ball is unrolled in the crust and then the two ends are twisted towards the middle.
  • The same is done along the length of the side to the middle and at the end the ends are added
  • Pour the sugar with the water and boil the sherbet boiling for 5 minutes and pour the lukewarm sherbet over the lukewarm nazlifatmite
