Nazli fatme
This oriental sweet was a challenge for me, which has a special taste. It is prepared by the hardworking hands of our housewives, especially in the western parts of our Macedonia. I especially thank and greet dear Mr. Vera on this wonderful Rp.

Preparation steps
- Knead the flour dough and soften the butter, fry with salt, a spoonful of sour cream, then add the egg yolks. The dough is firm, but don't be afraid, it will be nicely made. Divide into 30 balls and leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- A circle (about 20 cm in diameter) is separated from each ball so that it does not stick, it is sprinkled with density or flour (but not too much). Then the 4 sides are folded (slightly), so all 4 corners are placed in the center. and once again all 4 corners are placed back in the center.
- They are placed in an oven tray and baked at 170C until they get a light brown color. While they are baking, a sherbet is prepared which is cooked quite a bit, just to boil, vanilla and lemon juice are added.
- The lukewarm cakes are poured over the hot sherbet, carefully and slowly.
