Naughty cakes ...
Correction. They are not cheeky buns, but it is brazenly expensive - one ingredient in them. One of my tips doesn't like a lot of groceries. Among other things, he doesn't like that cheeky-expensive ingredient either. And I intended to make it, just cakes with greaves. I think - he's going to eat them and tip them. I camouflage the cheeky-expensive cracklings into a twisted dough, and from the kitchen, in a kind voice, I call out - "Come on, it's a cocktail-pastry" !!! ps Eat a tip, just like that !!!
Preparation steps
- Dough preparation, pure classic. Put a spoonful of flour, a spoonful of sugar and crushed yeast in warm milk. Let it rise. Add salt to the sifted flour and add the yeast, eggs and oil. A few hand movements, and the dough begins to separate from the vanglice. It is a sure sign that it is right. Cover with foil, or an ordinary bag. In a warm room, it doubles quickly. I made this dough last night. When it grew, I slapped it a few times with a food processor, covered it again with a bag and headed for the fridge.
- Here’s what it looks like when I took it out of the fridge this morning. It grew in the cold, ready to work, and I like it, as if someone gave it to me.
- I ground the cracklings into a chopper, and then added 2 tablespoons of fat.
- Coat the stretched dough with half of the crackling mixture.
- Let's fold one third of the test - from there,
- so now from here,
- so now right,
- so now on the left, and cover with a cloth. After half an hour, the dough has just come to its senses, ready to repeat the procedure. It all goes fast, trust me.
- We thin it with a rolling pin and cut it into squares of about 7x7 cm.
- Now, not to bother you with the story, here is the picture. This is how you cut along the edges of the square.
- Pull the diagonal corners and fold like this.
- Here is a tray of twisted cakes, sprinkled with sesame and flax.
- Here's a tray of -normal-! From me, enough twisting.
- Bake them, like all sourdough, in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees.
