Preparation steps

  • Cut the meat into thinner steaks and beat with a hammer. Add salt and roll in flour. Fry in heated oil for 3 minutes on both sides. Take out the steak, and add 400 ml of water to the sherpa, add a spoonful of flour, a beef cube and let it boil. When it boils, return the steak and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

Serving

Serve with a side dish of potatoes and a seasonal salad.
