Natur snicle in mushroom sauce
A dish that looks more festive, the meat juicy and easy to prepare.
Preparation steps
- Fry the drained mushrooms in a little oil and a little butter briefly and take them out into a plate.
- Roll the steak in flour on both sides and fry in the same pan until golden.
- Pour wine over them and the same amount of water, add the carrot chopped into rings, cover and simmer in a small number for about half an hour (depending on which steaks they are). 5 minutes before the end, add the mushrooms and season to taste.
- Separately fry the finished frozen croquettes in oil. Sprinkle the finished ones with fresh parsley.
