Preparation steps
- 3 crusts at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
- Whisk the egg whites into a solid batter, then gradually add the sugar and whisk to dissolve. Then add the flour and mix gently. Line a round mold with baking paper, pour the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 18 ° C until the crust turns brown.
- Pour 1 liter of milk into a small saucepan, add half of the powdered sugar and let it boil. Pour the egg yolks, vanilla pudding and a little milk into the boiling milk and cook at a moderate temperature, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Separately whisk the margarine and the remaining powdered sugar, combine with the cooled pudding and whisk with a mixer. Divide the prepared filling into 2 parts. Add ground wafers to the first part and melted chocolate to the second part.
- Coat the crust with a chocolate wafer filling. Then apply the chocolate filling and flatten. For decoration, let your imagination run wild!
