Preparation steps
- Dough Mix flour with baking powder. Add water to the flour until you get a fine dough, neither too soft nor too hard.
- Cut the tomato filling into cubes. Chop the garlic. Mix tomato, garlic, basil, thyme and olive oil. Chop the ham and cheese.
- Preparation Divide the dough into four parts. Roll out each on greaseproof paper. Put ham, cheese and spread the filling on the dough.
- Baking Bake at 200 C for about 15 minutes.
