My favorite crempita I've ever made, which is simple..It's a recipe from my mother's notebook, so I use it whenever I want a crempita because it's the fastest to prepare and very tasty ... Well, try my ladies!

Preparation steps

  • Crust: Beat eggs and sugar together, add oil and water and continue to stir. Add flour and half of the pastry and add cocoa, stir until everything is nicely combined.
  • Pour the crust into a greased and floured pan measuring 34 cm and bake at 150 degrees for about 10 minutes. Check with a toothpick later if the crust is baked!
  • For the cream: Beat the egg whites into a stiff batter with the gradual addition of sugar. When you are done with the egg whites, put a liter of water to boil, when the water has boiled, add 4 puddings.
  • Pour the egg whites into the pudding and mix well together for about 3-4 minutes. When you see that everything is well combined and got a nice yellowish color, pour the cream on the crust and return to the stove for 2 minutes. To dry the cream a little! And that's it ... Njamii!

Serving

You can serve it after 40 minutes left in the fridge, I only left it for half an hour because I couldn't wait to try the cake ... Enjoy!
