Here’s one simple cake recipe you can start making while you cook lunch, and enjoy it with coffee after it!
Preparation steps
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry thinly.
- Mix walnuts, sugar and raisins and sprinkle over the dough.
- Beat the eggs and sprinkle the dough with a fork and roll it.
- Cut the rolled dough in half widthwise and coat with beaten egg yolk.
- Bake at 180 - 200’C for about 20 min.
