Traditional Indian pancakes are served warm and go great with spices rich in Indian main dishes
Preparation steps
- Mix the yeast with a tablespoon of water and add sugar. Leave for 5 minutes in a warm place until slightly foamy.
- Meanwhile, mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Add oil, yogurt and milk, and the first mixture when ready. Mix for 5-6 minutes until smooth.

- Divide into 4 equal parts, roll into round breadcrumbs, not too thin, and bake at 140 ° for about 15 minutes.
