Naan buns with cumin

This is the first time I’ve made some kind of dough myself without the buns. These thin buns are too good, they go with everything, and who gives them a special taste ..

Preparation steps

  • From the flour, salt, dry yeast and water, knead the dough and let it stand for 45 minutes.
  • Approximately 10 balls of equal size are separated from this amount. Under each ball of dough, add a little flour to make it easier to roll them and cumin. Roll each into thin buns.
  • Heat the olive oil, remove the excess with a paper napkin, bake the buns at a high temperature on each side until slightly browned, about 30 seconds on each side.

Serving

Of the 10 buns, we ate some alone, some with soup, and half of them were left for tomorrow. And they are equally fine hot and cold.
