Preparation steps

  • DO NOT mix the dough in any way, but slowly transfer it to a floured tablecloth, tear off hand-sized balls and, with the help of flour and rolling pin, spread them into pancakes, let them soak for at least 10 minutes.
  • bake in a bread oven until they get fine brown spots, maybe an electric oven but the taste is nowhere near as original.
