My quince cake

If you have quinces try making this simple cake. The taste is a fantasy. And the next day is even better. If you don't have quinces, you can also make pears.

Preparation steps

  • Beat eggs and sugar, oil and milk. Add flour, baking powder, cocoa, spices, grated quinces and chopped walnuts.
  • Preheat the oven to 160C and bake the cake for 60 minutes. After 30 minutes, reduce the oven to 150 C. Turn off the oven and leave the cake for another 10 minutes. Cool the baked cake on a wire rack.
