My pudding, and why dandelion ...?

Preparation steps

  • Cook the vanilla pudding in the usual way. So weigh half a liter of milk, subtract a little to stir the pudding mixture, add sugar or honey to the milk, bring to a boil. Then add that pudding powder and cook to the end while stirring. Moisten the bowls and put a little pudding down first, then pieces of walnuts and oranges, broken tea rings or some other biscuit, then pudding again and so on until you have used up the whole mixture.
  • Top with a layer of pudding, garnish with pieces of walnuts and oranges, top with a little orange juice, cool well in the fridge and serve.
