My most delicious sarma with Fant

Preparation steps
- Cut out the middle of the cabbage head with a knife so that the leaves can be separated more easily. Cut a small part of the cabbage (approximately 1/5 of the head) into noodles.
- By hand, knead a mixture of meat, rice, 1 tablespoon ground red pepper, chopped garlic, finely chopped onion and Fanta.
- Take piece by piece of meat, shape the rolls with your hands and wrap in cabbage leaf by leaf. Sarma should be stacked in a pot next to each other. Cover everything with sliced cabbage, pour water to cover everything, add dried meat as desired (sausages, ribs ...) and cook covered over medium heat for about 2 hours. Stir the sarma lightly from time to time.
- Make the spray by putting 1 tablespoon of red ground pepper and flour on the heated oil, stir and add water (about 3 dl) while stirring until it becomes liquid. Stir until it starts to thicken.
- Towards the end of cooking, add the mixture and cook for 10 minutes. Good apetite :)
