My Jaffa Tiramisu
I made two versions of tiramisu with jaffa lino lado. The first version was with confectionery cream, but this one with cheese is definitely better.
Preparation steps
- For the biscuit, beat the eggs and sugar into a thick sparkling mixture, then add the flour and bake. When the biscuit has cooled, add the cream. For the cream, cook the pudding, sugar and density in the milk. When done remove from heat and add cottage cheese. When it gets lukewarm add lino lada. Whip the whipped cream and sweet cream into the whipped cream and add to the pudding mixture. Now spread one part of the cream on the biscuit. Put biscuits soaked in warm milk on the cream. Put the cream on the biscuits again, then another row of biscuits and cream, and finally put it in the fridge so that the ingredients are well absorbed and the cream tightens. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving tiramisu.
