My grandmother's childish compote

I redesign and modify each recipe to my liking, but I don’t dare this one for two reasons. First ; I don’t want to offend Grandma and the other; I don’t want to steal a piece of my childhood that I sail into regularly with every spoonful of this compote. He followed us regularly in both summer and winter. The heat, when we returned from sledding, with frozen hands and noses, refreshed us with its scents and warmth, and in the summer on days of heat and cold, we were refreshed by cooling and smelling. Grandma, put the pot on;) :)

Preparation steps

  • Put plums in boiling water and when they boil, add cherries. Add the apples last and cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Season with sugar and vanilla sugar. It is best to eat the second day when the fruit releases all its aroma.

Serving

As I wrote above, you can eat warm in winter or chilled in summer instead of dessert.
