My breaded Zdenka cheese

A little unusual, ukuno dish. Zdenka cheese is soft anyway, it only takes a few moments in the oil to get the tartar sauce with the tartar sauce.

Preparation steps

  • To begin, make tartar sauce.
  • Dilute the mayonnaise with white wine.
  • In the diluted mayonnaise, add finely chopped capers, rian pickles, chopped parsley and a few drops of lemon juice.
  • You can also add a little mustard if you wish.
  • Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Remove the Zdenka cheese triangles from the wrapper.
  • Roll the cheese in flour and eggs, then once more in flour and eggs, and then in crumbs.
  • Fry them in hot oil, briefly on both sides, taking care not to let the cheese run out.
