Muska pita / zeljanica /
Dedicated to all men who love pies, pies, bureks, cheesecakes, greens and other women's handicrafts. Of course, also to young housewives who are unfamiliar with the rolling pin or use it to get a cell phone under the bed with it. Not to mention the grandmothers for whom the rolling pin was an educational tool .......
Preparation steps
- Wash the tops of the young flowers under a stream of cold water. Remove any blades of grass or stalks.
- Boil water in a 2 l sickle. Add the washed grilled salt, add a little salt and cook for 3-4 minutes. Shake in a colander and shower with cold water for 2 min. Allow to cool and drain. In the meantime .... open one cold beer and take a sip or two ....
- Assemble all the ingredients, drain the zest and chop finely. Add and mix. Try if the mixture is salty and compact enough. Have a glass of beer ......
- Open the packet of noodles. Take out one whole and place it in a tray that you have previously greased with a little oil. now you can put that noodle that was torn. (Those in the Sarajevo "class" don't seem to know where the beginning is and where the end is, I can barely separate) Sleep with the mixture. Lay two new noodles. Sprinkle with a little oil. Coat with the mixture. Any more beer? Don't now. When you finish the pie! Arrange the noodles, mixture until used up (approximately 4-5 rows). Finish with two whole noodles. Sprinkle with a little oil.
- Preheat the oven to 200 C. Cut the raw pie into squares. Stir in the milk, a little oil and one egg. Add a little salt. Pour half of the mixture over the drink. Put in the oven. Wind the clock for 15 min.
- Finish the beer. Cheers! After 15 min, pour the pie with the rest of the liquid. Bake for another 14-20 minutes. Let it blush.
- Take out the pie and cover it for about 10 minutes.
Serving
Take out the already formed squares of the pie and serve with sour milk or a light salad.
