Mushroom spread
This little dish is simple and unusual, and especially a new taste and a good idea for a meatless or vegetarian meal.
Preparation steps
- Wash, clean and finely chop or chop the champignons. Lightly fry the chopped onion in the heated butter, add the chopped garlic, mushrooms and Vegeta. Simmer all together until all the liquid has evaporated and then cool.
- Add ketchup, sour cream, mayonnaise and chopped parsley to the mushrooms prepared in this way. Pepper, mix everything well and add salt if necessary.
- Cool the spread in the refrigerator.
Serving
Serve with black bread with pickles, onions, radishes or tomatoes, or with hard-boiled eggs.
Advice
You can boil the mushrooms briefly in boiling salted water and this will shorten the preparation time.
