Muhalebija
Muhalebija is a quick, simple and super delicious dessert with semolina.
Preparation steps
- Boil 1/2 l of milk.
- Separately mix sugar and semolina in 200 ml of milk.
- on the pudding principle, whisk the mixture into the milk, and pour into bowls.
Serving
I used melted chocolate and coconut as a topping. And I put cherry jam inside for acidity :)
