Muhalebija

Muhalebija is a quick, simple and super delicious dessert with semolina.

Preparation steps

  • Boil 1/2 l of milk.
  • Separately mix sugar and semolina in 200 ml of milk.
  • on the pudding principle, whisk the mixture into the milk, and pour into bowls.

Serving

I used melted chocolate and coconut as a topping. And I put cherry jam inside for acidity :)
