Muffins with quince jam
I love quinces ... prepared in any way ... that's how the idea for muffins came about .... I hope you like it :)) good luck!
Preparation steps
- Mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar (I used bourbon vanilla) well with a mixer. Add oil and milk. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in another bowl and slowly add to the egg mixture. Finally add a few drops of vanilla extract. fill the baskets halfway and add a teaspoon of quince jam, and the rest of the mixture to 2/3 of the basket. Bake at 180 ° C for about 15-20 minutes (for me it was 15 minutes). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and vanilla cream can be added if desired.
