Muesli with ice cream
This recipe was created quite by accident! There was no milk in the house that morning, but there was milk ice cream in the freezer. :)
Preparation steps
- I use a mixture of oatmeal, flaxseed and cinnamon as a base for every muesli meal. Approximately, I add 2 tablespoons of cinnamon and 100 g of ground flax to 500 g of flakes. About 3 tablespoons of this mixture are enough for one portion.
- Add a handful of raisins and a handful of fresh grapes to the flakes. Add a few tablespoons of ice cream (strawberry milk here).
- Pour over hot water and let the ice cream melt completely and the flakes swell.
