Mozzarella gremolata by Nigella Lawson

Beautiful milk mozzarella with a wonderful sprinkle of gremolate / gremolada. Gremolada is a sprinkle, an extra supplement that is most often associated with ossobuco and fish, it is usually a combination of lemon zest, parsley and finely chopped garlic, this is a slightly enriched version. Preparation steps

  • Take the mozzarella out of the water, drain it. Separate it with your hands on a plate on which you will serve it. Lightly salt. Make gremolada: Finely chop the paprika, olives / green or black, Grate the garlic or squeeze it. Put everything in a bowl, add the grated lemon zest, chopped parsley, olive oil. Mix everything well. Pour over all the mozzarella. Finish the saltiness to taste.
  • Serve with breadcrumbs as a mezza.
  • You can also as a side dish for a men's dinner ;-)
