Preparation steps
- Mix all the ingredients (except the cherries and crystal sugar) well and shape into walnut balls with wet hands with the cherries in the middle. Roll in crystal sugar, put in paper baskets and leave to dry for a day or two.
- Instead of crystal sugar, you can dip the balls in melted chocolate and chopped walnuts
