Moussaka without potatoes
We've reduced our potato intake a bit lately, so I've come up with a recipe for zamusak. In our house, moussaka was unthinkable without potatoes. Now we see that he can and that he is a milkman :)
Preparation steps
- 1. Saute minced meat on finely chopped onion in combination with leek. Season with salt, pepper, chili (who likes), and at the end add home-cooked tomatoes. It can be fresh without the shell, but it should be added earlier. Finally add the corn. I put it frozen.
- 2. During that time, cut the zucchini into thin slices lengthwise, dip them in eggs and flour and add salt. And if you are skilled at the same time, you can grill eggplant and put it aside or do it after preparing zucchini and meat.
- 3. Arrange the zucchini in a pan oiled with olive oil or some other fat, put the minced meat over them and the roasted peppers over the meat. Spread them over the entire surface. arrange the eggplant over the peppers. Drizzle with eggs or eggs and milk or eggs and sour cream. As you like.
- Bake for about 40 minutes at 180-200 degrees. the first 20 minutes covered with foil or lid, then remove the lid. Pleasant :)
Serving
With a green salad with lemon, it is best for us.
