Mother-in-law's birthday cake
the cake is light and of course delicious, great for hot summer days
Preparation steps
- bark preparation
- Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, milk, flour mixed with baking soda and combine everything well.
- Halve the mass and add cocoa to one part.
- Bake the cake pan. When it is baked, let it cool and cut the crust in half.
- Do the same with the dark crust.
- Preparation of cream
- in 300 ml of milk, cook vanilla pudding, cut as desired when it cools, add margarine and mix everything well until you get a fine cream without lumps.
- In 300 ml of milk cook strawberry puddings, cool and add margarine
- Make as the first.
- When everything is ready to start stacking the cake
- Arrange the cake in the following order: yellow crust, strawberry pudding, dark crust, vanilla pudding
- Pour the cooking chocolate glaze with a little oil on the cake arranged in this way
- Allow to cool
- And finally decorate with strawberry whipped cream (or as desired)
