Moscow snit cake
The picture is not representative because they almost ate it but the cake is phenomenal. We are all delighted she is not strong, and she disappeared almost in an instant. If anyone likes it here is the recipe
Preparation steps
- Separate the 4 egg whites from the egg yolks and whisk them in solid snow with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Lightly add 7 tablespoons of ground walnuts and 1 tablespoon of flour to the mixture. Bake at 180 degrees. Bake 4 crusts
- Whisk the egg yolks well with the sugar. From half a liter of milk take about 1 dcl, pour the pudding and mix a tablespoon of density and add to the yolks. Add the mixture with egg yolks to the rest of the boiling milk and cook until the mass thickens. Cool and add well-whipped margarine to the cooled mixture.
- Chop the pineapple into cubes. You can also cherries if you want, but I didn't do it. Also, roughly chop walnuts and hazelnuts. Whip the whipped cream well
