Mosaic cake
Cake rich in flavors !!
Preparation steps
- Whisk the egg whites with the sugar into the solid snow, then add the coconut, pastry, flour and raisins, mix lightly and pour into a square pan. Bake at 250 degrees until the crust turns yellow. Divide the cold crust in half.
- FIL: Whisk the egg yolks and sugar then add a tablespoon by a tablespoon of flour and stir when the shit thickly add the milk so that we get a smooth mass. Heat the remaining milk and combine it with the previously made mass, cook it on steam. When the filling thickens, leave to cool. In a cold filling add margarine mix and add jelly candies and walnuts. Cover the finished cake with icing.
- What I wrote is an original recipe.
- I made the cake in the picture as follows: I divided all the ingredients into three (of course with 9 eggs) and baked three crusts in a round mold, there is no change for the filling. Then I filled it with butter cream, and covered it with fondant mass.
