Moravian dumpling
dumpling… cheese…. enriched together with homemade jam… simple and very fine!
Preparation steps
- Mix powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and butter. Add to this mass one by one the egg yolk, lemon zest, cheese, semolina, flour, salt and egg whites.
- Let the dough stand for 20 minutes. Then put it in a kitchen cloth, tie on the stove, so that it cooks submerged in salted water for about 1 h.
- Drizzle with pretzel topping and serve with jam.
