Moonlight
I didn't know what to call this cake ... and then I hear the song: "... It's not the moonlight that shines in the night, it's your eyes - full of love. It's not the moonlight that's wrong, but the taste of wine and your hot lips that seduced me .. . "and I called it" Moonlight "!
Preparation steps
- Whisk the egg whites and sugar, then mix the ground walnuts and flour into the solid snow. Lightly combine, then pour into a mold (lined with baking paper). Bake at 180 C, about 20 minutes.
- Whisk 5 egg yolks and 5 tablespoons of sugar. Cool a bit, then add margarine (softened at room temperature). Mix well.
- Separately whisk 3 egg whites and 3 tablespoons sugar.
- Whip the whipping cream. Combine the egg yolk and cappuccino powder, then add the whipped egg whites. Stir carefully, then add the whipped cream.
- Then add the ground plasma to the cream. Stir, then divide into 2 parts. Add grated chocolate to one part.
- Put the cooled biscuit on a tray, then put the edge of the mold. Put cream (without chocolate) on the biscuit.
- Put the filling with grated chocolate over it. Cool well!
- Remove the edges of the mold, then coat the cake with whipped cream. Decorate as desired!
- Cool in the fridge, then cut into pieces!
