Montignac zucchini moussaka

Preparation steps

  • Saute the vegetables in a little olive oil, then arrange them in a fireproof dish. Drizzle with eggs that we have beaten with low-fat cheese. I add some parmesan. Bake at 220 C until golden brown, about fifteen minutes. Pleasant!

Serving

Serve warm.
