Montignac pancakes
I love all kinds of pancakes, these are just another variation… but the only ones I can often afford without remorse…
Preparation steps
- Mix whole and rye flour, fructose and salt in a bowl. Then slowly add the soy milk and mix with a mixer or whisk until all the lumps are gone and the mixture becomes similar to the mixture for classic pancakes.
- Bake the pancakes on a well-heated Teflon pan without oil. If you made a good mixture, the pancakes should not stick or crack, and you should get 5 thin pancakes from this mixture. picture
Serving
In the first phase, Montignac is recommended to be eaten with sugar-free jam, and in the second phase (weight maintenance) it can also be eaten with melted chocolate with at least 70% cocoa.
