Monkey paw
I don't remember from whom I got this recipe with a funny name, but I've made it many times and it is well accepted by chocolate and banana lovers, and others ... It's really chilled mmmm ...
Preparation steps
- First put to boil 150ml of milk and 130 g of sugar. When it boils, add 2 beaten eggs, a spoonful of flour and the remaining 50 ml of milk. Cook as a pudding, and finally stir in 4 rows of chocolate to melt. Leave to cool. In the cold add the whipped margarine
- Whisk 6 egg whites tightly and set aside. Whisk 6 egg yolks with 6 tablespoons of sugar, and add sifted flour, powder and 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Finally, lightly stir in the beaten egg whites. Bake in a small pan (mine is 30x23 cm) at 175 C for about 20-25 minutes.
Serving
Sprinkle the cooled biscuit with chocolate milk if desired, and then coat it in a thin layer with whipped apricot jam. Arrange on top of sliced bananas (or sliced into rings), cream on top and whipped cream on top.
