Mom's hairy
These tufts were often made by my dear mother. Later, my brother and I took over the role. The husband enjoys them, but the dedication goes to Grandma who desperately wanted to make them but couldn’t find the recipe. Here it is, darling, cool, so print it !! : - *
Preparation steps
- Biscuit:
- Beat two egg whites.
- Whisk in the sugar and egg yolks.
- Add milk, margarine, flour and baking powder to the sugar and egg yolks. Mix everything.
- Add egg whites to the mixture and combine.
- Pour into a deep baking sheet covered with baking paper.
- bake at 185 degrees until the biscuit is golden brown.
- Cream
- boil milk, margarine, sugar and chocolate to obtain a uniform mass.
- Completion
- Cut the cooled biscuit into cubes and dip each in warm cream and roll in coconut flour.
