Mom's chatter
I hope I didn't bore you with my mother's recipes, but what can I do ... since I came back from Bosnia, I've been nostalgic and I miss my parents very, very much, who unfortunately died very early ...
Preparation steps
- From the listed dough ingredients, knead a fine smooth and elastic dough. Shape into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and let stand for about 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Fry the chopped onion for ten minutes until you get a golden brown color, add the minced meat and fry until the water disappears from the meat. Add all the above spices and chopped chard and cook for another 7-8 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
- After 45 minutes, divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out thinly on a floured work surface. Cut into circles about 10cm in size, I cut them with a teapot lid. You can adjust the size as desired or cut into squares and fold into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of stuffing in the middle of each circle, fold and close well by pressing with your fingers or a fork. Arrange them on a baking tray or tray and cover with plastic wrap until you use up the rest of the dough.
- In a large skillet, bring to a boil 2-3 liters of salt water. When it starts to cook, slowly put the kleps in boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes, taking care not to overcook. Do not put a lot of pieces at once because then they will stick and will not be nicely cooked.
- Arrange the cooked bins in a bowl or pan and keep them covered until you are done with the rest of the bins.
- Since a lot of bread is obtained from this amount, you can arrange one part in a greased bowl, cool and freeze.
- In a large skillet, melt and heat the butter and fry the cobs on each side for a minute or two. Drizzle with cooking cream, cover and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper as needed.
- Another way to prepare it is to arrange them in a pan, pour over the cooking cream, melted butter and coat with a few tablespoons of sour cream mixed with one clove of finely chopped garlic and then bake them in the oven at 210 degrees for 20-25 minutes. way I couldn't paint because they disappeared as I turned around :-))
