Mole (hake)
Something simple, lipo…. in our regular table :)
Preparation steps
- Clean the fish (I can't help you there, you have to manage on your own, in me it's my husband's job :)))
- In cold water put boiled fish, garlic in a piece, half-cut tomato, bay leaf, parsley, salt, peppercorns (maybe powder), lemon juice and olive oil.
- When the fish is cooked (about 20 minutes), take it out of the soup (fish is served separately), and cook the rice in the soup), instead of a mole, any white fish can :)
