Preparation steps
- Take as much meat as you need, veal or beef, cook. Fry the onion in oil and butter in a pan, add the beans and sauté them a little with the onion. Add the carrots cut into rings, all the spices and pour over the cooked meat stock, if necessary add and water. Cover the sherpa and cook, before the end of cooking add the potatoes and cooked meat. Cook for another 15 minutes, while the potatoes are cooking.
Serving
Serve the beans on a plate and serve with fresh homemade bread and a seasonal salad.
