Mix pies
The cake was created by combining two recipes from the book "Cakes of the magic of pleasures" Belina pita and Yogurt cake. Belina pie was planned, but I didn't have any cheese, so I combined .....
Preparation steps
- Knead the dough and divide it into two parts. Put the smaller part in the freezer, and the larger 1.5 hours in the refrigerator. Roll out most of the dough and place in a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Mix ground walnuts and sugar, then sprinkle evenly over the dough in the tin.
- Mix the yoghurt, cream, sugar and semolina well, then add the egg whites. Pour this mixture over the walnuts and flatten.
- Now grate the part from the freezer over it. Bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
- When cooled, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. It's quite sweet for me, so I didn't add sugar.
- This cake is a combination of these two cakes Belina pita and Yogurt cake with some modifications.
