Mista salad with melon and feta cheese
I made it two days in a row, I liked it so much ... Mista is a mixture of colorful and crunchy fresh salad leaves. The mixture should have at least 4-5 different types, and all types of leafy (green) salads are included, including arugula and baby spinach. mixtures. In mine are endive, chicory, escarole and red chicory.
Preparation steps
- Cut the melon into cubes or take out the balls with a round spoon. Washed and dried cherry tomatoes halved. Measure the cheese and prepare the lettuce mixture.
- Put a mixture of lettuce in a larger salad bowl. Add sliced melon, halved cherry tomato and crushed feta.
- Pour oil and lemon juice into a jar. Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix everything well. Pour over salad.
- Stir the salad lightly. Serve it as an appetizer or a light meal. Otherwise I don't care about melon and I don't remember when I ate or bought it. But I was really blown away by this salad - it was a positive surprise factor in terms of taste! Melon gives the salad a mild and fine sweetness, plus that with its specific aroma it raises the complete impression by at least two steps higher!
