'Mirror' Chocolate Pie

If you want to become the king of chocolate, make this pie! I don't have a photo of the slice, it just disappeared, as if someone was waving a magic wand, and I don't know who, there were a lot of us :) Beautiful pie ... crispy dough and beautiful English chocolate cream.

Preparation steps

  • Prepare the dough. Stir in the butter, sifted sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar and ground almonds. Add the egg and flour. Knead until you get a uniform mixture. Put in the fridge for an hour.
  • For the cream, chop the chocolate. Heat the milk and soups (DO NOT BOIL). Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, pour over the hot cream and milk. Mix and cook over a very low heat until it thickens. Gradually pour the cream over the chocolate and mix. Cool well
  • Roll out the dough and place in a 24cm mold. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. For the dough it is recommended to stay in the mold overnight or if you are going to bake it right away to put a couple of beans. I was neither, it got a little up, but when I put on the cream everything was ok. Do not prick the dough, as the cream may leak afterwards.
