Preparation steps

  • Biscuit: Beat egg whites with sugar in solid snow, add egg yolks. Mix cocoa and baking powder into flour and add to the mass. Pour into a greased pan, bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • Cream: Boil milk and semolina thickly, whisk sugar and margarine, add cheese and combine with semolina.
  • Glaze: Cook the pudding in the juice in the usual way.
  • Rare: Biscuit-Cream with cheese-Glaze

Serving

If you wish, you can add pineapple cubes to the cream cheese and whipped cream.
