Mini Toblerone Muffins
Beautiful and decorative muffins for every occasion.
Preparation steps
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Lightly coat the molds with butter or place paper baskets. I dropped about 30 mini muffins.
- Mix dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, sifted cocoa to avoid lumps and brown sugar.
- In another bowl, lightly beat the egg with a whisk, add the melted and cooled butter, and the milk and stir everything a little more with the whisk, then add the chopped Toblerone chocolate. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and stir with a food processor.
- The mixture will be quite thick.
- Fill the molds and bake in a preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes. Leave to stand for another 5 minutes in the mold and serve warm.
- If you opt for regular muffins, bake them for 15 - 18 minutes, and you should get 12 muffins!
