Mini strudels with nutella;))

Simple and fast strudels, without raising the dough, are made immediately, no eggs go into the dough, so they can stay fresh in a well-closed box for 15 days, and they can be frozen and taken out as needed! I remember that my grandmother coated with homemade black cherry jam, today are modern times, so the young population adores them with nutella .... Try it for yourself!

Preparation steps

  • In a mixing bowl, place flour with baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar, zest and a little lemon juice, butter cut into slices, and mix everything lightly. Finally add the milk and lightly knead everything again to get a lump-free dough.
  • Transfer it to the work surface and form 3 smaller balls, then roll each one medium so that it is neither thick nor thin. Coat each strudel with a layer of nutella, then sprinkle with roasted and ground hazelnuts.
  • Arrange the strudels at a distance from each other, on a greased and floured baking tray, then cut each into slices 2-3 cm. width.We do this to already have the strips marked, and to make each piece the same for us. Preheat the oven to 175C and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Cool for 30 minutes. Using a sharp knife, cut the slices, using the lines we have previously marked.

Serving

Sprinkle the powder with sugar and ground vanilla and serve.
