Mini Fladen Buns
Soft, fragrant and very tasty buns.
Preparation steps
- Mix flour with all dry ingredients. Add water and milk (it must be lukewarm and not too hot). Then mix the yoghurt, egg whites, butter and everything into a smooth dough. Leave on warm to double in volume.
- Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper. Shortly make a dough for a little flour and divide it into 6 equal parts. Shape small buns and place them on a baking sheet. Let stand for about 20 minutes.
- Cut obliquely several times buns over coat them with a mixture of egg yolks and milk, sprinkle with seeds.
- Put the buns in a cold oven, turn on at 190 degrees and bake them for 15-20 minutes until they get a fine golden-brown color.
