Mini cheese cake Danica
I made these beautiful, decorative and very tasty mini cheese cakes according to Danica's recipe, with a very small change… Grandma, thank you very much for the recipe!
Preparation steps
- Beat the cream cheese and sour cream well with a mixer.
- Add sugar, eggs, flour, lemon juice and grated lemon zest and continue to stir until the mass is well made and combined.
- Place paper trays (M) in the muffin tin and place one biscuit on the bottom of each. Place two full spoons of the whipped mixture over the biscuits. Place in a preheated oven, 350 F (175’C), and bake for 18-20 minutes. Take care not to darken. From this mass, 22 pieces fall out.
- When they have cooled well, a small indentation will be made in the cookie. Put marmalade in each indentation depending on the fruit you are going to stack over. I used a mixture of strawberry and raspberry.
