Mini bananas
While my older girlfriend was allergic to anything and everything, I waschemic banana pancakes, and this is a modified recipe for the same: D
Preparation steps
- Mash a ripe banana, then add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Depending on the flour, you can add a little more milk. The mixture must be thicker than for regular pancakes, more so than for American ones.
- Heat a Teflon pan with a little oil to a medium temperature, then spoon the mixture into the pan and shape into small pancakes. Bake until golden brown on each side. Depending on the stove, if your temperature is too high, reduce the temperature to almost the minimum because banana pancakes bake a little longer, so they will burn a little on the outside and be unbaked in the middle.
- Serve with your favorite jam, chocolate spread, chocolate ........
