Minced moon in a dumbbell
For fans of zucchini, dumbbells and the like !!! Lick your fingers :-)
Preparation steps
- For this recipe, it is best to take dumbbells that can be baked. Of course zucchini can too. I took this white zucchini (see picture) which when cut has a tender orange flesh and the roast is delicious and slightly sweet
- Peel a squash, grate it and cut it in half.
- Prepare the meat: Cut all the ingredients into small pieces and season. Leave to stand for at least 1 hour to mix all the flavors with the meat and make the dish tastier. (I prepared the meat right in the morning and I only stuffed it in the afternoon ..... after 4-5 hours)
- place stuffed zucchini in an oiled pan or similar. Sprinkle lightly with olive oil and bake until the zucchini are soft and the meat becomes golden brown.
Serving
You can serve it with sour cream!
